Von den renommierten Autoren werden die Auswirkungen und Folgerungen des Phänomens Kultur auf das internationale Management diskutiert. Kultur wird hierbei nicht als Residualgröße möglicher nicht zu erklärender Ursachen-Wirkungszusammenhänge verstanden, sondern als zentraler und daher wichtiger Bestandteil für den Ablauf internationaler Wirtschaftsprozesse.
