Diese Studie eröffnet Perspektiven für neue Forschungen im Bereich der Interdisziplinarität im Gesundheitswesen, insbesondere im Kontext von CAPSi in der Stadt Icó-CE, wo wir ein Team mit interdisziplinären Praktiken und Aktionen für die Lehre im Gesundheitswesen einsetzen wollen, das auf neue Perspektiven und neue Herausforderungen ausgerichtet ist, um die Symptome zu beseitigen, die Vorläufer von Hindernissen für kollektives Handeln, Teamarbeit und den interdisziplinären Pflegeprozess sind. Ziel der Studie war es, die Erzählungen von Fachkräften des Zentrums für psychosoziale Betreuung von Kindern und Jugendlichen in Icó-CE im Hinblick auf Interdisziplinarität zu analysieren. Es handelte sich um eine deskriptive, explorative Studie qualitativer Art, die in der Stadt Icó-Ce durchgeführt wurde. Die Informationen wurden mit Hilfe der Fokusgruppentechnik gewonnen und die Methodik zur Interpretation der Daten basierte auf der Bardin’schen Methode der Inhaltsanalyse. Die Grundgesamtheit der Studie bestand aus acht Angehörigen der Gesundheitsberufe innerhalb des interdisziplinären Teams.
