Les HDAC font partie d’une vaste famille d’enzymes qui jouent un rôle biologique essentiel, principalement par leur influence inhibitrice sur la transcription. Dans cette revue, nous nous sommes principalement intéressés aux inhibiteurs HDAC à base de benzamide, à leurs voies de synthèse et à leur criblage biologique. Cette revue résume la synthèse de divers dérivés de benzamide et leur efficacité inhibitrice HDAC évaluée en termes de valeurs IC50.
