Son documentos oficiales de autores tan plurales como : partidos políticos, entidades católicas como Cáritas de Ferrol, la JOC y la HOAC nacionales, el obispo de la diócesis de Ferrol-Mondoñedo; sindicatos, y procedentes de diversos estamentos de las fuerzas de defensa: Guardia Civil, Policía Armada local y nacional, Brigada Político Social, etc. . Podemos observar que hay dos bandos, uno denuncia y reprende a los obreros, constituido por los altos mandos del Astillero-Arsenal de Ferrol, junto con las fuerzas represivas en general; y el otro bando que apoya, defiende y reivindica derechos para el caso concreto de los obreros de Bazán, formado por todos los demás organismos, muchos de ellos clandestinos”. 10
