La parassitosi intestinale è una delle principali cause di infestazione parassitaria nei bambini in età scolare.bambini in età scolare. Lo scopo di questo studio è quello di valutare l’impatto della parassitosi intestinale sul rendimento scolastico degli scolari di Djamane, nella regione di Kabbia, in Ciad. Questo ci permetterà di sviluppare strategie di controllo più efficaci ed efficienti per contribuire allo screening della parassitosi negli scolari di Djamane.Si è trattato di uno studio esplorativo descrittivo condotto da luglio ad agosto 2023, che haha incluso 200 scolari consenzienti di Djamane (Mbarissou I, II; Gobo I, II e Landou). I vasetti sono stati serviti agli alunni e i campioni ben etichettati sono stati trasportati in una scatola fredda con accumulatori al laboratorio di analisi mediche dell’HCDM per l’esame parassitologico delle feci. Le feci fresche sono state sottoposte a un doppio esame PES, uno macroscopico e l’altro microscopico. I dati raccolti sono stati inseriti e analizzati utilizzando il software IBM SPSS Statistics versione 25.
