O principal objetivo deste estudo foi avaliar a influência da pandemia de coronavírus no bem-estar no trabalho do pessoal administrativo da Universidade de Kinshasa. Duas questões orientaram o estudo: Qual é a influência da pandemia de Covid-19 no bem-estar no trabalho do pessoal administrativo da Universidade de Kinshasa? O bem-estar no trabalho deste pessoal varia em função das variáveis sociodemográficas (género, faixa etária, nível de escolaridade, antiguidade no trabalho, grau, local de residência, habitação e estado civil)? Face a estas questões, foram formuladas duas hipóteses: a pandemia de Covid-19 tem um impacto negativo no bem-estar no trabalho do pessoal administrativo da Universidade de Kinshasa, em todas as suas diferentes dimensões; o bem-estar no trabalho deste pessoal varia em função das variáveis sociodemográficas (sexo, idade, antiguidade, local de residência, grau, habitação e nível de escolaridade).
