Une évaluation trimestrielle des enseignants devrait être effectuée sur une période d’un an, afin de mesurer les progrès réalisés au fil du temps et de déterminer les efforts supplémentaires nécessaires. Les tendances du marché, fondées sur les nouvelles avancées technologiques, axées sur les compétences et basées sur les connaissances, soulignent l’importance de se préparer pour l’avenir.
