Inhaltsangabe:Zusammenfassung: Die Diplomarbeit 'Immobilien-Leasing: Theoretische Grundlagen und Probleme bei dessen praktischer Umsetzung' soll den Leser an die Thematik Immobilien-Leasing als Alternative zum Immobilien-Kauf heranführen und auf die möglichen Schwierigkeiten bei einem Vergleich der beiden Finanzierungsformen hinweisen. Nach einem kurzen Einblick in die Entwicklung der Immobilien-Leasingbranche folgen Informationen, die eine Abgrenzung zu anderen Leasingarten ermöglichen und somit die Besonderheiten des Immobilien-Leasing hervorheben. Bei der anschließenden rechtlichen Einordnung von Immobilien-Leasingverträgen wird auf die aktuelle Gesetzgebung eingegangen. Die steuerlichen Bestimmungen und die sich daraus entwickelten Bilanzierungsmethoden stehen hierbei im Vordergrund, da sie die Grundlage für den nachfolgenden Vergleich darstellen. Für die Beurteilung der steuerlichen Vorteilhaftigkeit des Immobilien-Leasings werden verschiedene Steuerarten in Augenschein genommen. Das Ziel dieser Untersuchung besteht darin, allgemeine Erkenntnisse zu erlangen, die als Hilfe für eine Entscheidung zwischen Immobilien-Leasing und Immobilien-Kauf verwendet werden können.
