Diventano ingegneri, medici, insegnanti ecc. ma non hanno conoscenze o competenze sufficienti. In questo articolo si discutono le varie competenze che sono obbligatorie per gli studenti post-laurea. Anche gli studenti devono affrontare una serie di problemi. La maggior parte degli studenti non conosce le proprie competenze. Questi studenti non ricevono alcuna guida in merito alle competenze. A causa della mancanza di competenze, gli studenti non riescono a superare i colloqui o i concorsi. Per migliorare le competenze degli studenti è necessario fare un’indagine sull’identificazione delle competenze tra gli studenti post-laurea.
