La presente investigación detallada la identificación taxonómica de veintiséis especies arbóreas en los bosques naturales de Cutervo, Perú. El estudio emplea el sistema de clasificación molecular APG para catalogar la diversidad biológica de los bosques montanos de las comunidades de Chipuluc y La Culluna, de la provincia de Cutervo, departamento de Cajamarca, Perú. El estudio integra descripciones morfológicas realizadas en campo como en laboratorio; subrayando la importancia ecológica y económica de recursos forestales, advirtiendo las amenazas que enfrentan los ecosistemas debido a la intervención antrópica principalmente. Mediante el análisis dendrológico, el trabajo busca establecer una base científica que facilite el aprovechamiento sostenible y la conservación de la flora nativa en la región andina. Se presenta un catálogo técnico que vincula la nomenclatura científica con los nombres comunes locales para promover un manejo racional del patrimonio natural.
