How to Describe My Feelings! is the first book in the emotional intelligence series. Experiencing life through the eyes of these characters allows children to learn in a fun and interactive way. This is the central concept of Kinderwise®. Parents and educators may also use their reading time as a conversation starter and delve into the real-life experiences of their children by using the "Suggested Reading Methods" outlined at the beginning of the book. How to Describe My Feelings! can be used just for fun or as a teaching tool in a classroom setting, therapy group, or home.
