Gail M. Conner, Esquire, a resident of Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, wrote Healing Parties as a result of a trip to Africa in 2006. Her daughter was moving to Zambia for a year as a volunteer with the International Justice Mission, a human rights organization. Gail received her B.S. degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law, in Delaware.The book is about the unique experiences that have shaped her life. Her compelling story takes you on a journey, looking through the eyes of a child, a teenager, a young adult, a mother, a wife, and a businesswoman. Gail is married to her high school sweetheart, Curtis, for 28 years and they have three children, Courtney, a graduate student at Johns Hopkins University, Brian, a senior at Virginia Wesleyan College, and Daniel, a sophomore at Marist College in New York.
