Diese Untersuchung ist so aufgebaut, dass sie die Aussagen der beiden wichtigsten Fachzeitschriften im Bereich der öffentlichen Gesundheit zehn Jahre nach Inkrafttreten des Gesetzes Nr. 11.340 von 2006 (Gesetz Maria da Penha/LMP) analysiert. Darauf folgte eine Literaturübersicht, in der die wichtigsten Ergebnisse strukturiert und zusammengefasst wurden. Diese Typologie ermöglichte es, über Fortschritte, Herausforderungen und den Kontext der Wissensproduktion im Hinblick auf die effektive Umsetzung des MPL nachzudenken. Die Ergebnisse dieser Diskussion ließen mich darüber nachdenken, wer diese Frau ist? Was will sie? Was kann sie tun? In diesem Zusammenhang findet das zweite Schreiben statt. Durch die Darstellung einer Ausländerin im öffentlichen Gesundheitswesen schlage ich die Reterritorialisierung als einen möglichen Weg nach Gewalterfahrungen vor. Ich baue meinen Werkzeugkasten als Public-Health-Forscher auf, um meinen Weg zu strukturieren. Die kartografische Erzählung zeigt die Verschiebung von einem Territorium in ein anderes, die Auswirkungen einiger Referenzen, die eine Möglichkeit darstellen, den Kontext der häuslichen Gewalt gegen Frauen zu betrachten und zu überwinden.
