Ao longo dos últimos três anos, Gabriel Eugênio, Cirae Vera Guimarães se dedicaram a organizar a atualização do livro escrito por Acy Ferreira França (1988) em que consta parte da história e a genealogia dos descendentes de Francisco de Assis Guimarães (Nhô Chico), da Fazenda das Três Barras, de Cordisburgo MG.Desta forma, neste livro você encontrará nomes, datas, fotos e publicações que foram reunidas por meio de robusta pesquisa, amparada na própria literatura familiar, nos documentos e nas memórias dos integrantes das cinco gerações dos Guimarães que se envolveram nessa produção.A busca por conglobar fotos e documentos sobre a vida de Nhô Chico foi um dos motivos que nos inspirou a tocar este projeto. Afinal, sua devoção se mescla com a história da capela de Nossa Senhora da Conceição, reconhecida como patrimônio da cidade de Paraopeba. No sentido mais antigo da expressãoherança paterna , buscamos contribuir para a preservação da memória deste patrimônio Guimarães, também reconhecido como bem cultural dos paraopebenses.
