I risultati dello studio che costituiscono questo libro hanno avuto lo scopo di determinare l’effetto delle pratiche ITSM sull’erogazione dei servizi IT nelle aziende statali keniote. L’obiettivo è stato raggiunto in seguito alle preoccupazioni degli educatori e degli operatori del settore in merito all’effetto delle pratiche ITSM sull’erogazione dei servizi IT. I risultati mostrano una relazione statisticamente significativa tra le pratiche ITSM disaggregate e aggregate e la fornitura di servizi IT. Lo studio ha anche stabilito che le pratiche ITSM combinate, i fattori abilitanti e le strategie di integrazione hanno un effetto elevato sull’erogazione dei servizi IT rispetto alle singole variabili. Le raccomandazioni conclusive includono l’aumento delle pratiche ITSM nelle aziende statali per ottenere un effetto ottimale sull’erogazione dei servizi IT.
