Cuando en un país, la educación en general es deficiente y presenta centros educativos con muchas diferencias (sectores de mayor poder adquisitivo), los beneficiarios del crecimiento económico del país, son los más calificados, generando desigualdades sociales que en un futuro cercano explotarán como lucha de clases, como está sucediendo en algunos países de América Latina y del mundo.
