In the recent era every development activities goes through various synthesis and the development of these synthesis through a method i.e. nano technology. In science researcher gave more attention towards nano technology because synthesis involved in this method are sustainable protocol and that’s why it is the developing field of science. All the mechanism of various synthesis of nano film approaches especially for the metal and metal oxide like Gold (Au) , Silver (Ag) , Copper Oxide ( CuO) and Zinc Oxide (ZnO) .Characterization of nano films are studied by X ray diffraction (XRD) , energy dispense analysis of X ray(EDAX) , Scanning electron microscopy(SEM), Transmission electron microscopic(TEM) etc. To consider the current and future situation we covered all the application and limitation of such synthesized product. This Book is based on the synthesis, characterization and application of nano films.
