Führung mit GMV setzt auf das Einfache und Naheliegende: Als Chef ist man Leader, Manager und muss sich um sich selbst kümmern. Das unter einen Hut zu bringen, ist nicht immer einfach - wirklich schwierig ist es aber auch nicht, wenn man sich auf Führung konzentriert und nicht 1000 andere Sachen macht. GMV. Leider geht das Führungsdilemma schon bei der Ausbildung der Chefs los. Es gibt nämlich keine reine Führungsschmiede. Chefs haben alles möglich studiert oder gelernt, nur nicht Führen. Führung kann man oder macht ein bisschen Fortbildung. Folge: Führungskräfte scheitern oft schon, wie wir alle irgendwie, daran, sich selbst gut zu führen. Wie soll es dann mit anderen oder gar einem Unternehmen klappen. Die gute Nachricht: Es gibt ersten trotzdem viele gute Führungskräfte und zweitens gibt es eine Führungschance. Denn wenn das Kind schon im Brunnen liegt, kann man viel tun, um es gesund und munter herauszuholen. Dazu soll Führung mit GMV ein Beitrag und Inspiration sein
