From Projects to Publisher

From Projects to Publisher: When There’s No Seat at the Table...Build Your Own What if your greatest opportunity isn’t waiting for an invitation but waiting for you to build it? Every project. Every setback. Every promotion. Every disappointment. Every unfinished dream. None of it was wasted. For over 25 years, Shenitha Finesse Anniece served as a respected leader within the federal court system. Beyond the courthouse, she founded SHE Publishing LLC, an award-winning publishing company built on one powerful mission: helping ordinary people like you and me become published authors and proving that when opportunities don’t exist, you can create them. In this inspiring second installment of the From Projects to Publisher series, Shenitha invites you behind the scenes of her own journey; from balancing career, family, and purpose to building a literary legacy that has empowered dozens of authors to tell their stories. Through heartfelt reflection, practical wisdom, and inspiring stories of resilience, she reveals that success isn’t built in one defining moment. It’s built one project, one relationship, one lesson, and one courageous decision at a time. Whether you’re an aspiring author, entrepreneur, leader, creative, or someone simply trying to make sense of your next chapter, you’ll discover how to:• Turn setbacks into stepping stones.• Build meaningful relationships that create lasting opportunities. • Stop waiting for permission and start creating possibilities.• Lead with humility, purpose, and service.• Build a legacy that opens doors for others. This isn’t just a book about publishing. It’s about becoming the author of your own opportunities. It’s about discovering that every season of your life has been preparing you to build something greater than yourself because true success isn’t measured by finally earning a seat at someone else’s table. It’s measured by having the courage to build your own and leaving enough seats for everyone who comes behind you. Because when there’s no seat at the table... You don’t wait. You build your own.
