Welcome to book 9 of the Twin Brain series. Hello. Has anyone ever said to you 'why are you always so Angry?' or 'why are you always so Afraid? How did you respond? With an angry reply or timidly (as if to say 'just go away). Some people are always in and out of a fight - be it with themselves or with others. Then there are people, who are frustrated, tired from running around doing ’too many things’ for others - they just don’t know how to say ’NO, DO IT YOURSELF.’ Then there are some people who appear to have the world or a ton of bricks on their shoulder -they are ’hunched’ over, barely able to look up. Do any of these people ’fit the bill’ for you? There is a little or a lot of these people in every one of us. Some do nothing about it (’haven’t got the time), some struggle to understand (’what is wrong with me?), and some do nothing (’that’s just how I am’). Thank you for ’having the time’, and for seeking help. We all have a need for help. There are just too many of us who don’t realise it.
