En ese contexto, la educación superior debe crear nuevas carreras, previo análisis de las necesidades de empleabilidad de los sectores públicos, productivos y terciario; complementadas con habilidades y competencias, como: la comunicación, resiliencia, ética pública, trabajo en equipo.
