Die mechanisierte Ernte von Ölpfingstrosenfrüchten ist eine wichtige Voraussetzung für die Industrialisierung der Ölpfingstrose. Sie ist von großer Bedeutung, um die Selbstversorgung mit Speiseöl zu verbessern und den Widerspruch zwischen Angebot und Nachfrage nach Speiseöl zu lösen. Der bestehende Ölbaumpfingstrosenfruchtharvester kann jedoch nur teilweise die Anforderungen des mechanisierten Betriebs erfüllen, aber der Schneidemechanismus des Stiels und die Parameter des Schneidewerkzeugs sind noch nicht ausreichend theoretisch erforscht, und das optimale Design des Fruchtharvesters ist noch nicht realisiert worden. Daher wurde in dieser Arbeit der Stamm der Ölpfingstrose als Forschungsobjekt betrachtet und experimentelle Untersuchungen zum Makroschneidemechanismus, zu den Unterschieden in der Mikrostruktur und zu den Scherverformungseigenschaften des Stammes durchgeführt. Auf dieser Grundlage wird eine konstitutive Gleichung für das Schneiden des Stängels aufgestellt, und die Schlüsselparameter des Schneidewerkzeugs werden durch die Finite-Elemente-Simulationsmethode optimiert, was eine theoretische Grundlage und technische Unterstützung für die Konstruktion von Ölbaum-Pfingstrosen-Fruchterntemaschinen bietet.
