Die Weiterentwicklung bestehender Medikamente von ihrer traditionellen Form zu neuartigen Arzneimittelverabreichungssystemen hat ihre Wirksamkeit, Sicherheit und Patientenverträglichkeit erheblich verbessert. Schnell lösliche orale Filme sind eines dieser neuartigen Arzneimittelabgabesysteme, die eine bequeme Möglichkeit zur Verabreichung von Arzneimitteln bieten. Dieses Buch basiert auf experimentellen Forschungen und Erkenntnissen zur Formulierung und Bewertung von schnell löslichen oralen Filmen. Zur Herstellung der schnell löslichen oralen Filme wird das Lösungsmittelgussverfahren verwendet und verschiedene analytische Parameter werden bewertet. Die in diesem Buch beschriebenen Methoden, Verfahren und Analysen veranschaulichen Ideen zur Herstellung und Bewertung von schnell löslichen oralen Filmen. Ich hoffe, dass dieses Buch für Hersteller und Forscher, die an der Weiterentwicklung des neuartigen Arzneimittelabgabesystems in Form von schnell löslichen oralen Filmen arbeiten möchten, von Nutzen sein wird.
