L’objectif principal de notre projet était de formuler et de caractériser la formulation d’un film buccal à la nicotine en tant que TRN alternatif. Des millions de personnes sont mortes et ont souffert de diverses maladies telles que le cancer, les accidents vasculaires cérébraux, la cécité, les problèmes cardiaques et de nombreuses autres maladies chroniques en raison de la consommation de tabac brut et de cigarettes.Nous avons mis au point une formulation de film buccal à la nicotine comme type de thérapie de remplacement de la nicotine (TRN) pour aider au sevrage tabagique. Ce film peut aider à réduire les envies de fumer et à atténuer les symptômes de sevrage chez les personnes qui essaient d’arrêter de fumer ou de réduire leur consommation de tabac.La présente étude met l’accent sur l’utilisation du Pullulan comme polymère filmogène naturel et du HPMC comme polymère filmogène synthétique.
