L’infertilité est source de désarroi et de détresse dans la vie et constitue une honte sociale dans notre pays.La pcos est une maladie relativement courante qui touche 15 % des femmes infertiles.Il existe un lien étroit entre la pcos et la subfertilité due à l’anovulation.Chez les patientes pcos résistantes au CC, la LOD et la gonadotrophine sont toutes deux aussi efficaces, mais la LOD offre la possibilité de favoriser le développement folliculaire ovarien pendant au moins six cycles. Nous sommes convaincus que ce livre sera d’une grande aide pour tous les praticiens à la recherche de solutions pratiques.
