Gemeint sind variable Ansätze in Arbeitszeit, Arbeitskraftansätzen und Entlohnungssystemen. Ziel dieses Referates ist es, in Zuarbeit zu einem folgenden Referat, bei dem drei Beispiele von Arbeitszeitsystemen näher zu erklären sind, die theoretischen Grundlagen flexibler Arbeitszeitsysteme zu erläutern.Doch falsch ist es, ohne jeden inneren Kontext nur diese Arbeitszeitsysteme zu betrachten. Jede Flexibilisierung dient letztlich nur der Erhöhung der Arbeitsleistung, deshalb wende ich mich im Folgenden erst einmal dieser Thematik zu.
