Captain Gus has fished Lake Norman since its inception in the early 1960’s. He enjoys sharing his fishing knowledge and boating experience with others. His weekly column, 'Fishing with Gus!' is published regularly and read by thousands in many local newspapers.Captain Gus provides speeches and demonstrations to clubs and organizations about lake issues and boater safety.
