Dans ce livre, les performances d’un filtre de Gabor dans le domaine spatial ont été évaluées pour un système de reconnaissance d’empreintes digitales. Tout d’abord, les performances d’une convention de reconnaissance d’empreintes digitales ont été prises, comprenant le chargement de l’image, la segmentation, l’amincissement, le marquage des points caractéristiques, les étapes d’élimination des faux points caractéristiques en utilisant la base de données FVC DB1_B 2000. Ensuite, un nouveau modèle de reconnaissance d’empreintes digitales a été développé à partir du modèle précédent avec l’aide du filtre de Gabor spatial à des fins d’amélioration de l’image. Les performances du système développé ont ensuite été évaluées à l’aide de la même base de données. Sur la base de l’analyse, une solution intégrée pour l’effet du filtre de Gabor dans le domaine spatial a été développée.
