Il cancro al seno è il tumore più comune nelle donne e la principale causa di morte. Il tumore al seno è una patologia eterogenea e multifattoriale, la cui insorgenza deriva da una combinazione di tumore al seno e fattori nutrizionali. Questo è uno studio retrospettivo degli ultimi tre anni condotto presso l’Etablissement Hospitalier Universitaire d’Oran '1er Novembre 1954' (EHUO) tra il 2020 e il 2023, che ha coinvolto 245 pazienti con carcinoma duttale infiltrante e carcinoma lobulare infiltrante. Lo scopo del nostro studio è quello di descrivere i profili sociodemografici e alimentari delle donne con carcinoma mammario in una popolazione dell’Algeria occidentale. Da un punto di vista anatomopatologico, l’analisi dei nostri campioni è suddivisa in due metodi, lo studio istologico classico e lo studio immunoistochimico. L’età media più colpita dal tumore al seno è di 49,1 anni, con un tasso maggioritario di donne colpite (98,72%) e il grado II più frequente (78,20%).
