O adenocarcinoma do estômago é uma doença grave, que representa 90% dos tumores malignos do estômago. É o 5º cancro mais frequente no mundo, com mais de um milhão de novos casos por ano. De acordo com o registo nacional do cancro (Norte da Tunísia; 2004-2006), o cancro do estômago ocupa o 6.º lugar nos homens e o 7.º nas mulheres.O nosso estudo é realizado através de uma série retrospetiva de 56 pacientes diagnosticados com adenocarcinoma gástrico de 2015 a 2020 no departamento de gastroenterologia de Nabeul (HTMN).O objetivo do nosso trabalho foi estudar o perfil epidemiológico e os factores de prognóstico do cancro gástrico no nosso centro.
