L’adénocarcinome de l’estomac est une affection grave, il représente 90% des tumeurs malignes de l’estomac. C’est le 5ème cancer dans le monde avec plus d’un million de nouveaux cas par an. Selon le registre national des cancers (Nord-Tunisie; 2004-2006), le cancer de l’estomac occupe la 6ème position chez l’homme et la 7ème position chez la femme.Notre étude est menée à travers une série rétrospective de 56 patients diagnostiqués d’adénocarcinome gastrique de 2015 à 2020 dans le service de gastro-entérologie de Nabeul (HTMN). L’objectif de notre travail était d’étudier le profil épidémiologique et les facteurs pronostiques du cancer de l’estomac dans notre centre.
