Le cancer colorectal arrive au 3e rang des cancers les plus courants, autant chez les hommes que chez les femmes. Un homme sur 14 et 1 femme sur 15 risquent d’avoir un cancer colorectal au cours de leur vie. Le cancer colorectal est beaucoup plus fréquent dans les pays industrialisés. Les habitudes de vie, principalement l’alimentation, jouent d’ailleurs un rôle primordial dans son apparition. L’état nutritionnel du patient cancéreux est toujours mis en jeu quelque soit le type de cancer. L’objectif de cette étude est d’évaluer l’état nutritionnel et mettre en évidence les facteurs de risque alimentaires et environnementaux chez les patients atteints du cancer colorectal à Tébessa ( Algérie). Une enquête transversale descriptive et analytique a été réalisée auprès de 121 sujets (49patients atteints de cancer colorectal et 72 patients témoins).
