Il analyse en détail les mécanismes de croissance, les procédés d’élaboration et les interactions à l’interface entre les différents oxydes.La première partie traite de l’ingénierie de couches minces d’oxydes purs et poreux, obtenues par voie sol-gel et dépôt par spin-coating. L’introduction contrôlée de porosité, réalisée grâce au polymère PEG selon la méthode Template, est étudiée à l’aide de techniques structurales, morphologiques et optiques afin d’optimiser les propriétés des matériaux.
