Human resources should be seen as the most important asset of an organization that plays a key role in achieving organizational goals. Organizations today spend a lot of money to attract and retain human resources so that they do not lag behind other competitors in the field of competition. Nowadays, mastering the available resources has become especially important due to the competition between organizations and companies for more benefits. Organizations can not affect the environment and succeed in the field of competition if they have the best technologies and facilities but do not have specialized and efficient human resources or cannot use the existing forces properly and efficiently. Human resources can process other resources and create services and goods for which the organization is established. One of the most important tasks of human resource management (HRM) is human resource planning (HRP). HRM can provide the volume and composition of human resources needed for the future or enhance the capabilities of existing forces through efficient and effective planning. Therefore, HRP must have a high priority to continue the existence of the organization and achieve its goals.
