La cinétique de cette réaction gaz-liquide est évaluée à partir de la solubilité de l’IB dans le toluène à l’aide de la simulation ASPEN et la constante de la loi de Henry est calculée. La diffusivité de l’IB dans le toluène est calculée sur la base de l’équation de Wilke-Chang. Le coefficient de transfert de masse a été déterminé à partir du nombre de Sherwood qui est calculé par une corrélation établie (Sh=0,7082Re0,66Sc.) pour les réactions gaz-liquide [3]. Le facteur d’augmentation pour une réaction infiniment rapide a été obtenu, le nombre de Hatta pour une réaction de pseudo-premier ordre ou instantanée a été évalué. L’équation de vitesse pour le transfert de masse avec une réaction gaz-liquide, en supposant une réaction rapide avec une concentration élevée de toluène et une réaction dans le film liquide dans la zone proche de l’interface, et l’ordre de la réaction ont été évalués.
