The aim of this study is to design and evaluate the effectiveness of aviation English language syllabus for student pilots. The most important results of the study which are drawn from the data analysis, indicates that there is a significance effect of the Aviation English Language syllabus upon the achievement assessment of the students as well as the content of the syllabus meet both the students personal needs and academic necessity for aviation field of the study. However, the main shortcoming of the study is due to the fact that the content of syllabus does not contain or cover all topics which are required for aviation studies, which resulted from insufficient time allocated for teaching period which is only (12) weeks with (2) hours a week(one academic semester). Therefore,in order to overcome the shortcoming of the study, further studies are needed.
