Il presente studio è stato condotto per illustrare varie tecniche di estrazione e quantificazione di acidi nucleici e proteine da materiali vegetali. I campioni vegetali sono stati analizzati in laboratorio per l’estrazione dell’acido desossiribonucleico (DNA) e dell’acido ribonucleico (RNA) utilizzando metodi convenzionali; la quantificazione è stata poi effettuata mediante spettrofotometro. Anche l’estrazione e la quantificazione delle proteine sono state effettuate utilizzando metodi convenzionali.
