Os resultados do estudo poderão ser utilizados para destacar as diferenças no estado nutricional de adultos de classes de rendimento baixo e médio. O estudo avaliará variáveis antropométricas como a altura, o peso e a relação cintura-quadril em adultos de classes de rendimento baixo e médio. O estudo avaliará a dieta, o controlo calórico, o controlo de gordura/colesterol e o controlo de sódio/sal em adultos de classes de rendimento baixo e médio. As conclusões do estudo fornecerão uma orientação aos futuros investigadores na área das ciências nutricionais (estado nutricional e avaliação) para a realização de mais investigação neste campo. Os resultados do presente estudo irão aumentar o acervo de conhecimento nas respetivas áreas.
