Diese Studie befasst sich mit den Erfolgsfaktoren beim Einsatz von Routenplanungssoftware durch Transportunternehmen in der Stadt Cacoal im Bundesstaat Rondônia. Derzeit sind Unternehmen bestrebt, sich gegenüber ihren Mitbewerbern immer besser zu positionieren, indem sie in Technologien investieren, ein gesünderes internes Umfeld schaffen und ihre Mitarbeiter schulen und weiterbilden, wodurch die Bedeutung der Transportunternehmen für die Gesellschaft unterstrichen wird. Ziel war es, die Erfolgsfaktoren beim Einsatz von Routenplanungssoftware durch Transportunternehmen in Cacoal-Rondônia zu untersuchen. Nach der Analyse der Daten kam man zu dem Schluss, dass SSW von drei der vier untersuchten Unternehmen eingesetzt wird. Die Schulung ist einer der grundlegenden Punkte für den organisatorischen Erfolg des Unternehmens.
