Durante muchos años en México, se ha marginado a la mujer, condenándola al sometimiento del varón, esto por el machismo predominante durante siglos. Por ello el lector debe realizar un ejercicio de reflexión sobre las conductas lacerantes que han venido discriminando a la mujer, violentando lo estipulado en la Carta Magna, con signos claros de resistencia al cambio de cultura. México igual que el resto del mundo, tiene frente así, grandes desafíos en materia alimentaria, cambio climático y la equidad de género. En este libro se invita a efectuar cambios de fondo dentro de las esferas gubernamentales, en el sector educativo, en la familia y en el entorno de cada individuo, tendientes a privilegiar y potenciar en la medida de lo posible, el desenvolvimiento de ambos géneros, alcanzando su plena integración en un marco de respeto y de inclusión.
