Les organisations doivent faire face à diverses situations, questions et problèmes afin de rester compétitives et de maintenir leur structure interne au sein d’une culture organisationnelle prédominante. Étant donné que chaque sphère organisationnelle comprend des personnes différentes, des traits de personnalité variés et des réactions émotionnelles diverses, il est intéressant d’étudier ce domaine scientifique de manière approfondie. L’objectif de cet ouvrage est de travailler sur les concepts théoriques et les questions fondamentales liés aux émotions, au comportement psychosocial et aux concepts de leadership au sein des organisations et du domaine organisationnel inhérent. Deux films constituent la base d’une étude empirique ( Vol au-dessus d’un nid de coucou de Miloš Forman et Up In The Air de Jason Reitman). D’une part, l’importance réside dans les différentes scènes, qui sont particulièrement importantes pour une illustration empirique des résultats théoriques, et d’autre part, dans les personnages principaux des deux films et leurs traits de personnalité individuels.
