Die Forderung nach sinkenden Kosten und Volumen sowie nach steigender Effizienz führt zu einer immer höheren Leistungsdichte von Stromrichtersystemen. Viele elektronische Anwendungen könnten von einem Stromrichter profitieren, der in der Lage ist, über weite Eingangs- und Ausgangsspannungsbereiche einen hohen Wirkungsgrad zu erzielen. Allerdings ist es für viele herkömmliche Stromrichterkonstruktionen schwierig, einen großen Betriebsbereich bei gleichzeitig hohem Wirkungsgrad und ständig steigender Leistungsdichte zu erreichen. Der hocheffiziente seriell-parallele resonante DC-DC-Wandler wird in leistungselektronischen Geräten eingesetzt (z. B. in der Telekommunikationsstromversorgung, Mammographie, Computertomographie, Ladegeräten für mobile Geräte usw.). Für seine hohe Leistung in der Telekommunikationsstromversorgung wollten wir einen Prototyp dieses Wandlers entwerfen und implementieren. In diesem Zusammenhang enthält dieser Beitrag die Fakten hinter der Wahl des Resonanzwandlers, den Entwurf des Prototyps und den Entwurf der Gate-Treiberschaltung usw. mit Ergebnissen und Ergänzungen.
