Ziel der vorliegenden Untersuchung war es, die Löslichkeit und Auflösung von Nateglinid, einem schwer wasserlöslichen Arzneimittel, mit Cyclodextrin (CD) zu verbessern. Das binäre System von Nateglinid mit Cyclodextrin wurde mit verschiedenen Techniken hergestellt. Das Phasenlöslichkeitsdiagramm zeigt eine AL-Isotherme, die einen linearen Anstieg der Löslichkeit in Abhängigkeit vom Cyclodextrin anzeigt. Es wurde festgestellt, dass die Auflösungsrate bei der Sprühtrocknungsmethode der Komplexierung im Vergleich zur physikalischen Mischmethode und der Knetmethode der Komplexierung effektiver ist. Die entwickelte Cyclodextrin-Tablettenformulierung von Nateglinid zeigte eine bessere Auflösungsrate als die des vermarkteten Produkts. Es wurde eine geeignete UV-Methode für die Auflösungsstudie entwickelt. Es wurde eine HPLC-Methode für die Untersuchung der entwickelten Formulierung entwickelt.
