Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2005 im Fachbereich Führung und Personal - Sonstiges, Note: 2,2, Universität Paderborn, Veranstaltung: Personalwirtschaftliches Seminar, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit werden, die von den damals beteiligten Wissenschaftlern der Hawthorne Studien, angewandten Methoden bezüglich der Vorbereitung des Experiments, genauer genommen der Stichprobenauswahl und der Gruppenzusammensetzung, gründlich analysiert und bewertet. Dabei wird sich diese Ausarbeitung ausschließlich dem zweiten Experiment der Testreihe, nämlich der Relay Assembly Test Room Studie widmen, da eine gesamte Betrachtung der Hawthorne Experimente aufgrund des Umfangs der verschiedenen Einzelstudien im Rahmen dieser Arbeit nicht möglich ist. Vorab wird ein kurzer Überblick über den gesamten Ablauf der Hawthorne Studie gegeben. Zudem werden die Begriffe empirische Personalforschung, Stichprobe und Hawthorne-Effekt genauer definiert.
