Er zeigt, dass ein Unternehmensklima, welches durch gegenseitige Wertschätzung und Gleichbehandlung von Mitarbeitern unterschiedlicher Altersstufen geprägt ist, einen signifikanten Einfluss auf die kundenorientierte Einstellung der Kundenkontaktmitarbeiter nehmen kann.​
