Seit. der letzten Auflage von ORLicHS 'Anleitungen zum Arbeiten im Elektrotechllischen Laboratorium' und zugleich auch Eeit dem Tode­ von ERNST ORLICH sind nahezu 15 Jahre vergangen. Es ist mir eine ¥'oBe Freude, daB ich gewissermaBen als Nachfolgewerk der Arbeit meines hochg~schatzten Lehrers dieses 'Elektrotechnische Praktikum’~ vorlegen kann. Das Buch ist zunachst aus dem Wunsch entstanden, wieder Anlei­ tungen zu elektrotechnischen Versuchen flir Studierende zu haben. Alle Beschreibungen sind aber so gehalten, daB sie auch unmittelbar in Laboratorien, Priiffeldern und im Betrieb der Industrie, in Forschungs­ statten usw. Verwendung finden kannen. 1m Gegematz zu ORLICHS 'Anleitungen' ist das Buch daher nicht auf bestimmte Gerate abge-. stent, da sich jeder Betrieb nach der ihm zur Verftigungstehenden Ausrtistung richten muB. Trotzdem finden sich bei den meisten Ver-· Buchen Angaben tiber bestimmte Geratezmammenstelhingen unter der Spitzmarke 'Geratevorschlage flir das Studienpraktikum', urn dort,. wo es nur auf das Durcharbeiten der Methode ankommt, einen erprobten Anhalt fiir zweckmaBige Auswahl zu geben.
