Este libro igualmente alerta sobre los accidentes más usuales en la cocina y la importancia de la higiene en la manipulación y elaboración de alimentos y se apuntala con glosario y tablas de equivalencia de medidas, peso y volumen, entre otras referencias, también con la impronta de la cocina en distintos puntos de la geografía internacional, algo así como hacer que el discurso de las recetas sea asequible, entendible, práctico y que trascienda al pasar de una persona a otra. Es la obra de un chef, quien ha laborado en restaurantes de España y Estados Unidos, además de haber cocinado para más de mil personas en cruceros de Carnival y de haber enseñado artes culinarias por más de 25 años en escuelas de Miami-Dade.
