Die Auswahl und Einarbeitung von qualifiziertem Personal ist mit hohen Kosten und viel Aufwand verbunden. Die Einarbeitung von neuen Mitarbeitenden geschieht oft unsystematisch und ist sehr stark vom jeweiligen Vorgesetzten abhängig. Das Ziel der vorliegenden Arbeit ist es, ein Einführungskonzept zu erarbeiten. Dabei wird zuerst der IST-Zustand erhoben und die Mitarbeitenden haben die Möglichkeit, sich anonym zu ihrem Start zu äußern. Die Auswertung dieses Fragebogens bildet die Basis für die anschließende GAP-Analyse. Mit diesem Instrument aus dem strategischen Controlling wird der Soll-Zielwert definiert und mit dem IST-Zustand abgeglichen. Das Ergebnis der GAP-Analyse wird für die Modellierung des Einarbeitungsprozesses verwendet: Teilprozess 1 Von der Vertragsunterschrift bis zum ersten Arbeitstag. Teilprozess 2 Der erste Arbeitstag. Teilprozess 3 Vom zweiten Tag bis zum Ablauf der Probezeit. Als weiteres Ergebnis dieser Arbeit entsteht ein Dossier. Dieses bildet das Gerüst und die Wegleitung für einen, systematischen und zielgerichteten Einführungsprozess.
