In dieser Sammlung von Manuskripten werden die Bewertungen des Erfolgs von Informationssystemen, die in E-Government-Anwendungen und im medizinischen Sektor eingesetzt werden, anhand einiger Modelle vorgestellt. Das Buch besteht aus fünf Kapiteln: In den ersten beiden Kapiteln wurden KIS, staatliche Institutionen (damit verbundene Gesetze und Vorschriften) und elektronische Verschreibungssysteme, die die grundlegenden Komponenten des medizinischen Sektors in der Türkei sind, untersucht. Im dritten Kapitel wurde die Clusteranalyse der Kliniken in den medizinischen Fakultäten der Universitäten vorgestellt. Im vierten und fünften Kapitel wurden E-Government-Anwendungen und ein spezifisches Beispiel dafür untersucht.
