In den letzten zwei Jahrzehnten haben immer mehr fundierte Arbeiten das Konzept der Metapher hervorgehoben. Außerdem sind viele Studien zu dem Schluss gekommen, dass ein aufgabenorientierter Unterricht sowie der Fokus auf Formen zu den gewünschten Lernerfolgen beim Erlernen einer zweiten Sprache führen. Darüber hinaus wurde auch die Verwendung der L1 beim Erlernen der L2 hervorgehoben. Unerforscht scheint jedoch die Wirkung des Einsatzes von kollaborativen Aufgaben über die L1 auf das Erlernen der figurativen Sprache zu sein. Darüber hinaus sind die Auswirkungen von ausgehandelter Interaktion und reziprokem Unterricht - zwei wichtige Aufgabentypen - auf die Sprechfertigkeit noch nicht nachgewiesen worden. Darüber hinaus scheint die Auswirkung von aufgabenbasiertem und formenorientiertem Unterricht auf die metaphorische Kompetenz unerforscht zu sein. Daher enthält das vorliegende Manuskript drei Artikel mit den folgenden Titeln, die versuchen, die Lücke in der Literatur zu schließen: 1. Kollaborative Übersetzungsaufgaben: The Case of Figurative Language 2. Negotiated Interaction and Reciprocal Teaching: The Case of Speaking Fluency 3. The Effect of Task-based Instruction and Focus on Forms Instruction on the Development of the Metaphorical Competence of Iranian Upper-Intermediate EFL students
